When timing starts

The 12-day and 5-day periods begin after the application is complete, the documents are accepted, and payment has gone through. If a photo is unclear or the address document does not match, we pause until it is corrected.

Refunds. If you are not happy, we offer a full refund within 10 days of the order. The only way to request it is to speak with live chat during business hours. You cannot move a Basic order into Priority. If you picked the wrong package, talk to live chat before paying a second time.
