How to order an ICRR

Six steps from the website to an email in your inbox. Most people finish the form in one sitting if their documents are already on their phone.

1. Choose Basic or Priority

Basic is £179.99 and takes about 12 days. Priority is £189.99 and takes about 5 days. The package is fixed once you submit.

2. Enter your details

Full legal name, date of birth, country of birth, nationality, phone, email, current address, and the number on your ID or passport.

3. Upload your documents

Passport photo page, or both sides of a national ID or driving licence. A recent electricity, water or bank statement. Two photos of you — one holding the ID, one of your face only.

4. Pay by card

You are sent to a secure payment page. After a successful application you receive a confirmation email.

5. We process the order

Timing starts when the application is complete and paid. If something is unreadable, we stop the clock and ask you to replace it.

6. Receive the report

We email it to the address on your form. You then send it to whoever asked for it. They decide whether it meets their requirements.

To avoid delays

Spell your name exactly as it appears on the ID.
Give the country where you were born, even if your nationality later changed.
For a passport, upload the photo page only.
For a card or licence, upload both sides with the number visible.
Proof of address must be electricity, water or a bank statement from the last three months.
Photos of you: no sunglasses, no heavy filters, face fully in frame.

After you apply

Do not email copies of your ID to a general inbox unless we ask you to.

When the report is ready, check spam as well as your main inbox. It is sent to the email on the application, not to an employer.

10-day refund if you are not happy

If you are not happy with your order, we offer a full refund within 10 days of the order date. The only way to request a refund is to speak with our live chat during business hours.
